Meet our vacation rental team

Jessica Peterson

Jessica Peterson has a background of over two decades in banking, mortgage, insurance, and real estate. After her struggle of finding a short term rental vacation management company she decided to step in and fix the problem in her community. Jessica was shocked when she found out her home was not listed in all channels, or another time her home had an emergency and nobody could go out there, and then it made her upset when profits were not maximized on her unit. She’s a short term rental investor and enjoys assisting investors with their purchase or sale of short term vacation rental investments. Jessica has written seven books, best selling author, top ICON real estate agent award. She is a consultant and coach to other real estate professionals. Her passion is educating people how to create a lifestyle they desire to achieve.

Jill Lyons

Jill has a chemical engineer degree and in real estate for over twenty one years as an agent, then broker and investor. She has been living in Sarasota since 1976; originally from Buffalo NY. Her current home is on Siesta Key. She manages 473 properties annually and was delighted to expand as broker into the short term vacation rental market. Jill serves as 2023 President of the National Association of Property Managers. Her passion is to focus on charities who help mothers and children.

Leslie Cornell Anders

Leslie has over 20 years of experience in Hospitality Leadership. Her experience includes Hospitality Operations in The Greater Boston area with Hilton Hotels, Ritz Carlton as an Executive, and Business Development for large short term vacation rental property management companies in Florida.

Evan Peterson

Evan has a background in design, manufacturing, construction and finances. He is
passionate about good customer service. When he is not working he is either volunteering, kite surfing or at the gym.
